Reasonable consumption: the key to gaining money

You can change your life by changing your financial habits.

Wasteful spending is a problem that is not always immediately apparent and is often poorly understood. Because of it, one sometimes experiences a perceived lack of money. But money can be found by looking closely at how you spend it.

Detecting symptoms

Observe your consumption habits. Do you always spend money solely on what you need? Or are you overpaying for certain properties of the product that don’t really matter to you?

People often make purchases being influenced by advertising, fashion and stereotypes of thinking. However, they do not think about the three pitfalls of this behavior:

1. An expensive product can create difficulties

It’s nice to feel like the owner of a brand new SUV model fresh from a car dealership. At such a moment, one does not want to think about what will happen next.

Big expenses will follow, because the more expensive the car, the more complex its equipment, the more expensive the maintenance costs. It may turn out that cleaning the interior after a spilled cup of coffee will cost more than replacing the gearbox in a cheaper priced car.

2. Not all the advantages of the product will be useful to you

Manufacturers of modern gadgets are trying to outdo each other in the number of functions that their products have. Many of these functions are needed more for PR-related purposes, but they significantly increase the price of the device.

For example, let’s say you bought a smartphone with a camera capable of capturing detailed shots of very small objects. Admit it: how often will you photograph beetles, bees and flowers in the meadow?

If you haven’t developed a professional interest in photography, then most likely you will use your smartphone, like most other people: for making calls, sending messages and browsing the Internet. In this case, a less “newfangled” device will do quite well.

3. More expensive does not mean better

A bottle of wine for 1,000 euro and a ten euro bottle — what’s the difference? You can talk a lot about the aging of wine, quality and taste of both drinks. But the more expensive wine is not always better as much as 100 times. Oftentimes sellers simply want to charge you extra for what is called exclusivity and prestige — sounds nice but both have little to do with the actual properties of the product.

More often than not, you pay extra for buying goods from a well-known and respected manufacturer. For example, clothing from prestigious brands greatly surpasses lesser-known analogues in price. But if you look at the tag, you may find out that both clothes are sewn from the same materials.

Rational handling of funds

Have you already realized how often you pay more than necessary? By overpaying, you lose the money that could have become the foundation of your Financial Security.

Earning a lot doesn’t mean being rich.

The truly rich is the one who spends reasonably.

Reasonable consumption helps to save money that can be spent on achieving really important goals. Is there anything more important than personal well-being, not to mention the well-being of your family?

On the GIG-OS platform, the GIG-OS Time Shift project has been implemented. It helps to use the funds saved to strengthen Financial Security through the purchase of gold.

Gold is a commodity that cannot be overestimated. Its advantages are not far-fetched, but real. Its reputation is backed by a centuries-long history. No gimmicks or tweaks — when buying a gold bar, you pay only for the yellow metal itself, which will never depreciate and will serve as a reliable protection of your savings.

GIG-OS Time Shift provides the most favorable conditions for buying investment gold bars. Pay for 100-gram bars in parts, choose the payment schedule and the amount of regular installments yourself. Upon completion of each deal, you will receive a bonus: +5 or +10 extra grams of gold!

Ensure yourself and your loved ones a “golden future”!
