How to manage everything and be cheerful all day long

Are you sure that your day is as active and productive as possible? Or maybe after lunch, you have a breakdown and only wish to curl up under a blanket so that everybody leaves you alone?

Our tips will help to use the time wisely and, most importantly, enjoy it!

Our business is a business of communication, which means that your days are likely to be filled with meetings and acquaintances. For all negotiations to be successful, you need to be ready to process the flow of information, have a charge of vivacity and be in high spirits. All this helps a productive dialogue and increases the chances of success.

But we are not robots, with each new meeting our strength fade, focus gets lost, charm is rapidly deflated under the pressure of fatigue. Good news is that we have a couple of tips for improving your morale and efficiency!

1. Morning is our everything

Owls will argue, but in general our body is made to be the most active in the morning. Therefore, the most difficult and important meetings should be planned at the beginning of the day when you are bursting with energy.

If you think that some kind of meeting may run over time, schedule it about an hour before lunch time. This will let you either bring it to a close or transfer it in a more informal way, both options are good.

2. Like driving? Love going on foot!

We are used to moving around by car or at least public transport where it’s difficult to show any special activity: you are either sitting or standing, that's it. A great solution is to plan your routes so that you walk a certain distance right before the meeting.

What for? Walking tones you up, disperses blood, gives you more mobility, and therefore at the meeting you will not be a boring and passive companion.

3. A friend at a meeting is a friend indeed

An excellent idea may be to invite a friend of yours to join you at a meeting. Of course, only if it is appropriate, the negotiations do not imply confidentiality, and your vis-a-vis is not against such a company.

This plan has several great advantages: you expand the network of acquaintances, revive the conversation, and create the ground for new ideas.

4. Mix business with pleasure

You don’t have to limit your rendezvous to a traditional meeting for a cup of coffee. If the interests coincide, you can perfectly combine serious conversations with joyful activity: for example, play a tennis game together or even to a SPA.

Pleasure stirred with productivity, what could be better?

5. Short path is about to bring you to success

Of course, you can go places, agreeing on meetings all over the city, but don’t you feel sorry for the precious time spent in traffic jams? Try to plan everything as logistically efficiently as possible, so as not to waste unnecessary time on useless moves.
